AC Milan, founded in 1899 and based at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, are among the most successful clubs in the world. With 18 Serie A titles and seven European Cup and Champions League triumphs, they have an imposing history.
One unforgettable night was the 2005 Champions League final against Liverpool, when the team led 3-0 and lost the trophy in a dramatic penalty shootout. The return to the top came quickly, and in 2007 Milan won the title back.
The club's following spans the globe, and inside the stadium the anthem turns into an experience of its own. Football here is lived with full passion.
