GD Estoril Praia, based in sun-drenched Estoril, keep bringing fresh air to the Primeira Liga. At the Estádio António Coimbra da Mota they compete boldly and make life difficult for the big clubs.
Founded in 1939, Estoril Praia have a long but often underrated history. They are a prime example of the typical ups and downs of Portuguese football.
Estoril Praia may not always be in the spotlight, but when they are on the pitch you should not look away. Their underdog mentality makes them a favourite with neutrals.
